Design & Construction of mechanical services for 375 residential apartments across 6 towers on 3 levels of underground basements. The mechanical system comprises Ducted air conditioning, refrigeration pipework, carpark ventilation, smoke exhaust, stair pressurisation/relief and commercial kitchen exhaust systems.
